INIT Exhibition Stand at Asia Pacific Rail
We were commissioned to deliver a bespoke exhibition stand for INIT at Asia Pacific Rail, one of the region’s leading events for rail operators, transport authorities, and mobility technology providers. The objective was to create a functional space that would communicate INIT’s expertise in intelligent public transport systems and demo their traffic sensors, while encouraging meaningful engagement with visitors throughout the exhibition.

The Challenge

Large-format branded graphics and illuminated signage ensured strong visibility across the exhibition floor, while integrated digital screens allowed the team to showcase solutions dynamically throughout the event.
The open-plan layout created a welcoming visitor journey, with strategically positioned seating areas encouraging both quick conversations and more in-depth meetings. The combination of white architectural elements with bold blue and green brand colours reinforced INIT’s identity while helping the stand stand out in a busy exhibition hall.
