When should I request a stand design and build proposal for BITEC?
As a general guideline, the earlier you start, the better. Most exhibition stand projects at BITEC are confirmed and approved several months before the event, allowing sufficient time for design development, planning, and coordination with organisers.
That said, we understand that timelines can vary. In many cases, we can accommodate requests from around one month prior to the event. For smaller or less complex builds, it may be possible to deliver a BITEC stand design within a shorter timeframe, depending on availability and project requirements.
Early planning ensures more flexibility in design, materials, and scheduling, particularly for larger exhibition booth at BITEC projects.

How much will it cost to build my exhibition stand at BITEC?
This is one of the most common questions—and the answer depends entirely on your requirements.
A useful way to think about it is like designing a house. Is it large or compact? How many levels does it have? What materials are used? Is it designed for function, presentation, or both?
Your exhibition booth at BITEC works in much the same way. The overall cost is influenced by factors such as stand size, layout, materials, finishes, lighting, AV requirements, and any bespoke features such as meeting areas or product displays.
To provide an accurate quote, we take the time to understand your objectives—whether that’s brand awareness, lead generation, or product showcasing. Once we have a clear brief, we develop a 3D stand design and provide a detailed cost breakdown.
In most cases, we’ll also ask about your budget. This helps guide the design process and ensures the final concept aligns with your expectations. Our projects typically range from £2,000 to £160,000 GBP, depending on scope and complexity.

Where can I stay when visiting BITEC?
Bangkok offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, from international hotel chains to boutique and serviced apartments.
Many visitors choose to stay close to BITEC in the Bang Na area for convenience, while others prefer to stay along the BTS Skytrain line, which provides easy access to the venue and the wider city. Areas such as Sukhumvit are popular for their mix of hotels, restaurants, and nightlife.
For recommended options, you can also refer to the BITEC website.
Are there restaurants and facilities at BITEC?
BITEC offers a wide selection of on-site dining options, including cafés, food courts, and international restaurant chains. Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee between meetings or a full meal, there are plenty of choices within the venue.
The surrounding area also features additional restaurants, shopping centres, and hotels. Bangkok itself is well known for its food scene, so if you choose to explore beyond the venue, you’ll find a wide variety of local and international cuisine.
