When should I request a stand design and build proposal?

As a general rule, the earlier the better. However, we understand that timelines can be tight, so we typically recommend getting in touch at least one month prior to the event.

Thanks to our proximity to the NEC and extensive experience working at the venue, we’re able to deliver exhibition stand design and build projects more efficiently than many others. That said, timelines will always depend on the scale and complexity of your stand.

How much will it cost to build my exhibition stand?

This is one of the most common questions we’re asked—and the honest answer is: it depends.

Your exhibition stand works in much the same way. The cost is determined by your space, objectives, and the type of experience you want to create. To provide an accurate estimate, we need to fully understand your vision and goals for the event.

Once we have a clear picture, we’ll bring your concept to life using 3D design software and provide a detailed cost breakdown.

In many cases, we’ll also ask about your budget. This helps us tailor a solution that aligns with your expectations and ensures a strong return on investment—whether through brand exposure, lead generation, or direct sales. Our projects typically range from £2,000 to £70,000 GBP, depending on the scope and specification.
