ST Alphe UK – London
4–6 September 2026 | Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London
We kick off September in the capital at ST Alphe UK, an international event bringing together specialist education operators and travel suppliers for pre-scheduled meetings and networking.
London is one of the busiest exhibition and event destinations in Europe and somewhere our UK team regularly works. From compact displays to completely bespoke builds, we provide exhibition stand design and build in London for brands exhibiting across the capital.
Gastech 2026 – Bangkok, Thailand
14–17 September 2026 | BITEC, Bangkok
Next, we’re heading to Bangkok for Gastech 2026, one of the world’s major meeting places for the energy sector.
Taking place at BITEC, Gastech brings together companies and decision-makers from across the global energy industry, with exhibitors covering natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, climate technologies, AI and emerging energy solutions.
Bangkok is also home to our Asian operation, putting Fret Free in an excellent position to support international companies exhibiting in Thailand. Our local team can manage the complete process, including stand design, production, project management, installation and dismantling.
For international exhibitors, having an experienced English speaking team already on the ground can make a considerable difference – particularly when it comes to local suppliers, venue requirements and exhibition logistics.
IAAPA Expo Europe – London
21–25 September 2026 | ExCeL London
It’s back to London for IAAPA Expo Europe, one of the biggest events in the calendar for the attractions and leisure industry.
The event attracts amusement parks, attractions, resorts, manufacturers, technology providers and entertainment businesses from around the world, showcasing everything from major ride systems to the latest developments in immersive experiences.
It’s also an industry we know well. Fret Free has previously delivered numerous exhibition projects for clients at IAAPA events, giving our team first-hand experience of the demands of exhibiting within this highly visual and competitive sector.

Solar & Storage Live UK – Birmingham
22–24 September 2026 | NEC Birmingham
While part of the team is in London, we’ll also be at the NEC Birmingham for Solar & Storage Live UK.
The event brings together organisations working across solar power, energy storage, EV infrastructure and the wider renewable energy sector, making it one of the UK’s important meeting points for the transition towards cleaner energy.
The NEC is one of our most frequently visited venues. Our UK base is approximately two hours away, allowing us to efficiently manage transport, installation and on-site support for clients exhibiting in Birmingham.

International Security Expo – London
29–30 September 2026 | Olympia London
September finishes with another trip to the capital for International Security Expo at Olympia London.
The event brings together professionals from government, security, defence, infrastructure and the private sector to explore the technologies and strategies being used to address current and emerging security challenges.
For exhibitors, events such as International Security Expo present an interesting stand-design challenge. Technology and complex services need to be communicated quickly to visitors while still creating an environment that encourages longer conversations with potential clients.

Best Practice Birmingham
7–8 October 2026 | NEC Birmingham
October sees us return to the NEC for Best Practice Birmingham, a major event for general practice and primary healthcare professionals.
The exhibition combines education, networking and an extensive supplier exhibition, giving organisations working within primary care the opportunity to meet healthcare professionals and decision-makers face to face.
With several Fret Free projects taking place at the NEC during Q3 and Q4, our proximity to Birmingham becomes a real advantage. Our team is familiar with the venue and can manage the practical details involved in delivering and installing exhibition stands at one of the UK’s largest exhibition centres.

The Pharmacy Show – Birmingham
11–12 October 2026 | NEC Birmingham
Just a few days later, we’re back at the NEC for The Pharmacy Show, the UK’s leading event for community and primary care pharmacy professionals.
The show brings together thousands of pharmacy professionals alongside suppliers, manufacturers and service providers, creating an important opportunity for brands to introduce new products, build relationships and meet existing customers.

Global Gypsum Conference & Exhibition – Istanbul
14–15 October 2026 | Istanbul, Turkey
From Birmingham we head to Istanbul for the Global Gypsum Conference & Exhibition, an international event dedicated to the gypsum and wallboard industries.
This is another event with a strong connection to Fret Free. We’ve previously designed and delivered stands at the show for the last 12 years.
When the show is closer to home, we also take on the role as the show’s official contractor as we have for previous editions in Amsterdam and Thailand.
World Travel Market London (WTM) – London, UK
3–5 November 2026 | ExCeL London
November takes us back to ExCeL London for World Travel Market London (WTM), one of the world’s leading events for the international travel and tourism industry.
Bringing together thousands of exhibitors, buyers and travel professionals from around the world, WTM is an event where exhibition stand design really matters. With so many destinations and brands competing for attention, creating a distinctive space that communicates your identity while remaining welcoming and functional is essential.

We’ll round off this run of events back at the NEC for Motorcycle Live, the UK’s largest motorcycle show.
Unlike many of the trade-only exhibitions on our Q3 and Q4 schedule, Motorcycle Live attracts a huge consumer audience alongside motorcycle manufacturers, equipment brands and businesses from across the industry.
